On 31st May 2001, the St. Helens Concert Band took part in "Music of Massed Bands". Along with Red Rose Concert Band, Heswall Royal British Legion Concert Band, Maghull Town Band and we formed a 120 strong wind band at the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Hall, where we entertained a 'full house' under the direction of Leslie Stevenson.
Music making is always a very enjoyable experience at St. Helens Concert Band, and as the snaps below from this concert demonstrate, we are a happy and friendly bunch!!
